What are credits?
Credits meter the agent's work on the desk — every prompt, tool call, and cross-check draws from the pool. Credit top-ups are available anytime, on every plan.
What does "bring your own LLM API key" mean?
On every plan, you can connect your own API key to any available LLM provider instead of drawing on FinCatch's default pool. Free and Pro offer Gemini, MiniMax, Kimi and DeepSeek; Max adds Anthropic and OpenAI. With your own key, you are not charged for tokens: your credits cover only Studio's tools, data retrieval and verification checks, while model usage is billed directly by your provider.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from inside Studio; the new plan's concurrency and credits apply from your next billing cycle.
Can Enterprise run entirely on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Enterprise deploys Studio on your own server, with the library localised to your environment.
